Q. How do I get specific answers related to my product?
A. You can find product specific questions and answers at the FAQ-tab underneath the product. Select your product from the product range and click the FAQ tab on the product specification table. This is also the place to find technical product specification, downloadable instruction manuals, reviews and available video’s are gathered at one central place, for your convenience.
Q.I can’t find the answer I am looking for?

Q. Where can I buy these products?
A. Our products are currently available from Amazon and Ideal worldTV. Every product on our website has a ‘where to buy’ button which brings you to the relevant retailer. Alternatively, you can also check our ‘where to buy’ page here for most up to date information.
Q. Where can I buy accessories?
